Earthlien is absolutley committed to keeping your private information just that - private!
Earthlien will NEVER sell or share your personal information (name, postal address, email address, etc) to any third party - ever. Earthlien is partnered with a national payment processor to verify all credit card transactions in real time. Your secured, encrypted information is instantly processed, and your credit card issuer's bank is simultaneously notified for approval and authorization ONLY. A special secure code is then electronically transfered to our processor allowing your order to be completed.
During Checkout we ask for your name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. The information requested at time of checkout is only used to process your online order.
Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable
our systems to recognize your browser and to provide you with special features of our web site.

QUALITY POLICY
The Earthlien High Council demands that all products meet their strict standards for quality.
Not just any item becomes an Earthlien product. Before even considering the worthiness of
brandishing our name and logo, samples of each and every product we offer have been reviewed,
tested, worn, washed, thrown, kicked, and yes, actually used in everyday situations,
just like you would do. A t-shirt is not just a t-shirt. A mug is not just a mug. EVERYTHING
has certain levels of quality, and we strive to offer the best. Comfort, fabric, sustainability,
wearability, value, fashion appeal, even usefullness are among other factors we take into consideration.
You can be assured that an Earthlien product is of excellent caliber. If you're not satisfied

RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES
The Earthlien High Council insists on customer satisfaction.
If you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us! We'll take the proper steps to make things right.
You can return unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days from the
date of shipment for a prompt refund or exchange.

Be sure to include your order number, name, street address, e-mail address, and daytime telephone number. You must indicate whether you are exchanging or requesting a refund.
Exchanges
You may receive an exact replacement for the
item(s) you've chosen to return. Simply list the item(s) you would like to exchange, and place the list in with the package.
Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge.
Refunds
The original amount charged, minus the shipping and handling fees, will be credited to your credit card account. Refunds are processed ONLY for original credit card used.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to
be properly credited.
Gift
Return
If you are returning a gift for a refund, we can only refund the credit card that
the purchaser used. Otherwise, simply follow instructions for exchanges.
Shipping
Charges
We cannot provide return shipping charges, or refund original shipping and handling fees.
However, as stated above, Earthlien will provide shipping and handling for replacement items
at no additional charge. In most cases, replacement items will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Tracking
and Insuring Your Return
Earthlien recommends you insure and track your returns so you can confirm that we have received it.
UPS and FED EX packages are traceable, and should already be minimally insured - please confirm with whatever carrier you are using.
The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. It is highly recommended that you insure your return as well. Take your package to a U.S. Post Office and a representative can add these options for you.
