Q. When did Aliens first arrive on Earth?
A. Although the exact date is unknown, initial scouting missions took place as far back as 50,000 years ago. The Alien influence took hold around the year 8,500 B.C.

Q. What is the best way to wash an Earthlien shirt?
A. With ALL Earthlien shirts, the following simple method has been tried and tested. If
followed correctly, you will enjoy and wear your Earthlien shirts for years to come.
1) Turn the shirt inside-out.
2) Machine wash with like, dark colors, and only in COLD wash and rinse.
Normal speed is acceptable. DO NOT use bleach!
3) Place in a dryer with softener sheet on low to medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
4) Take damp shirt out of dryer, turn back outside-out, and hang dry.

Q. I do not want to pay by credit card, how can I buy your products?
A. A printable order form is coming soon for those who wish to pay by check or money order. In the mean
time, please e-mail your order to: offlineorders@earthlien.com. Be sure to include your name,complete address, daytime telephone number, the item(s) you wish to purchase, and desired delivery
method. We will e-mail a final total back to you. You can then send your check or money order to:

Q. How long does it take to get the stuff I ordered?
A. As a rule, items will be delivered within a 14 day time frame.

Q. I'm buying something as a gift, how can I send it to a different address?
A. When filling out the shipping address, enter the information where you want the item(s)
sent to. You should still enter YOUR e-mail address and phone number. At the bottom of
the form, click on "NO" for same as billing address. Enter YOUR information on the Billing form.
You will be the one to receive the e-mail notification, order number etc. The gift will be sent
to the person at the shipping address. At this time, Earthlien does not offer gift wrapping.

Q. Can I check the status of my order?
A. Yes. Once you receive an e-mail confirmation, make note of your order number. You can then return
to the Earthlien site and find the status of your order. Go to any of the product pages and
click on "Order Status." Once there, enter your order number in the box and click "Lookup."
The order status will then be displayed.

Q. I need to make an exchange or return, how can I do that?
A. We have a very straight forward return policy. Please click on the Policies page and

Q. Are your watches guaranteed?
A. Yes. Each watch comes with a limited guarantee. Information about these guarantees is
included with each watch. KEEP THE GUARANTEE FOR YOUR RECORDS!

Q. How do I adjust my High Council or Pilot watch band?
A. As with all watches with metal bands, it is best to take your watch to a jeweler or department
store counter where watches are sold. Most likely they will adjust your band for free, or
charge a very nominal fee.

Q. Where do I send my watch to be repaired?
A. Should your watch break down within the allotted guarantee time frame, that watch must be
sent directly to the manufacturer. Do not send it back to Earthlien, as this
will only delay the repair process.
Batteries are not covered.

Q. Is my mug dishwasher safe?
A. Depends on which mug you have. The travel mug is top-rack dishwasher safe. The stainless
steel vessels should be hand washed.

Q. What size should I order for a Flex-fit hat?
A. In most cases, S/M fits a majority of people, especially for youth and teens. S/M will
give you a good, snug fit. L/XL is more relaxed.

Q. What age do you consider for youth size?
A. Generally speaking, ages 12 and under.

Q. Does Earthlien charge sales tax?
A. Only for Florida Residents. On average, this will be 7%.

Q. Why am I seeing free items on my check-out order summary?
A. You have to ask?! Free items are automatically awarded at three different price levels:
$50 or more - free key chain
$75 or more - free key chain and bubble pen
$100 or more - free shipping via UPS ground

A. Sure, if you'd like to. However, you will receive the same information in an
e-mail confirmation - so make sure you do print that for your records.
